Lee Builders was founded in 2021 after Owner, Jordan Stadler, spent 10 years building hospitals and airports in Los Angeles, California. His motto, “Performance | Relationships” is what his business is built on. He uses high-level project management skills and processes from his commercial background combined with his desire to build relationships with his clients for a very seamless and unique project experience. He prides himself on precision and cleanliness which sets his project experience apart from others.
Project Details
THE CHALLENGE – The main challenges on this project were taking out a non-structural wall in the kitchen and opening it up to the living space, turning some of the closets into more usable space, coming up with a design for the bathrooms that accommodate the existing building plumbing systems, and the logistics of working within an existing apartment complex.
THE VISION – The overall vision of the project was to create a contemporary look and maximize the square footage to fit the homeowners exact needs while still considering future resale.
THE SOLUTION – The solution to these challenges were working through several different design iterations, partnering closely with our subcontractors, making quick decisions along the way, and keeping very open and honest with the apartment building manager.
THE RESULTS
